We'll meet to discuss what you need, and brainstorm possible
solutions based on your requirements and objectives. You'll
be provided with a preliminary quote. |
| 2 |
project

Upon your acceptance of our preliminary quote, an project confirmation
fee (normally 50% of the quote) will be collected from you.
An design and systems analysis will be conducted to ensure that
all your business and technical requirments will be met. |

high level design
Based on your project objectives, we will provide you with a
creative and technical high level design comprising of: |
| |
- site architecture (if applicable)
- design mockups (if applicable)
- creative specifications
- applications specifications (if applicable)
- systems specifications (if applicable)
|

design + development
With a mutual agreement on the high level design and your feedback,
we then proceed with the design and development work. |
| 5 |
testing + debugging
Depending on the agreed project scheduled, this phase may occur
concurrently with phase 4. This is where we ensure that all
the content on the completed project is accurate and error-free;
all the links and applications are working as they are intended. |
| 6 |
project acceptance
and handover
Upon project completion, a project acceptance and handover
session will take place. A final invoice will be issued, and
the balance payment made. |
|
You will have full view of all the phases,
and we'll also setup test sites for you, so you get to preview what
is being achieved. We'll even come up with a temporary home page
for you, so visitors are encouraged to come back when the site is
ready.
You are the owner of
the completed project (source codes, images, photoshop files, etc).
At the end of the project, you will receive a complete
master of your project on a CDROM. This gives you the flexibility
to decide whether to maintain it on your own, or allow us to assist.
Not many design companies do this, as they are afraid of losing
their customers to others. |
