The client expected from the design team, a property web site,
that catered to agents, property buyer, lessers and lessees. With
such a wide target audience, it was important to ensure a well thought-through
information architecture, to provide each user with only the relevant
information and functionality.

expectations of each target audience, and what other sites were able

studies to determine the Information Architecture, and navigation
tools to apply.
The result was a unique property portal, that offers property news,
live chats, virtual desktops for property agents to support their
work, an array of tools to support needs of buyers, sellers, lessers
and lesees alike.
